 Terry has been an urban planner in Ballarat, Sydney, Melbourne and London where he has worked on a large number of projects including strategic land use planning, infrastructure planning, developer contributions  and development assessment with an urban design and conservation area focus.

Steven Healy, Head of Sustainable Infrastructure, Central Highlands Water

Steven has a deep understanding of the water sector drawn from more than 25 years of leading asset, operations, and project delivery teams in the industry.

From project management, water supply and quality to climate adaptation, Steven has provided water, recycled water and wastewater network services leadership in 5 different Water Corporations in Victoria, across Melbourne and regional areas.

Steven has fulfilled a number of operational and planning roles, including managing Headworks, Water Treatment, Planning, Developer Services, Infrastructure Delivery, Rural Channels and Water Resources.

Gayle Boschert, Chair of the Board of Ballarat Cemeteries Board

Gayle is a distinguished leader in the Ballarat community, known for her extensive contributions across various sectors. She has notably served as the Chair of the Trust Board for Ballarat Cemeteries, where she has been instrumental in overseeing significant projects, including the restoration of historic rotundas.
Beyond her work with Ballarat Cemeteries, Gayle has demonstrated a strong commitment to community services through her involvement with Child and Family Services (Cafs) Ballarat. During her nine-year tenure on the Board of Governance, eight of which she served as Chair, she led the organization through substantial strategic and governance transformations.

Gayle’s dedication to the arts is evident through her position on the board of the Ballarat International Foto Biennale. Her extensive experience with for-purpose boards has equipped her with strategic insight, fostering the growth and health of local community organisations over the past two decades.

Through her various leadership roles, Gayle Boschert has made significant contributions to the Ballarat community, particularly in the sectors of community services, arts, and healthcare.
