Jaywalking in Cyberspace:

Data theft, privacy breaches and scams and why we are to blame. Its not uncommon for someone who has suffered a crime or an injustice, to seek out someone else on which to put the responsibility to stop or mitigate the same. In the case of cybersecurity and privacy in the digital environment,he truth lies between a proactive organisational and government environment and an equally proactive acceptance of personal responsibility and conduct.
