Join Stage Ready for an open conversation with local technical crew, venue staff, freelancers and emerging practitioners about the realities of working in lighting, sound, staging, production and live events.

Our panel will share their experiences of getting started, building skills, finding work, working across different venues and productions, and navigating the opportunities and challenges of the Ballarat scene.
The evening will also include an anonymous question process, giving attendees the opportunity to raise questions or topics they may not feel comfortable asking publicly.

Questions will be grouped into themes and discussed respectfully by the panel.
