You don’t mind the sound of that so you let your mate/lover know. You organise a night out, dinner, and Daniel’s show. At work the next day you recount Daniel’s tales about yucky couples, and Cody from Footlocker. Your colleagues ask you to please focus on the job at hand.

About Daniel
Daniel Connell could easily be described as the ideal Aussie comedian; affable, loveable and hilarious.
One of the most active stand-up comedians in Australia, Daniel can be seen at comedy venues across the country all year round.
His observational, dry, often unanticipated comedy has seen him take to stages all over Australia and around the world, including Scotland (Edinburgh Fringe), India, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Driven to further his career in comedy, Daniel moved to Melbourne in 2010 and quickly established himself in the local scene.
In 2011 he performed in The Comedy Zone at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival (MICF), a line-up show of up and coming Australian comedians, hand picked by the festival.
Since then Daniel has performed a brand new hour of stand-up at 12 consecutive Melbourne International Comedy Festivals. He has also taken each show to every major Australian festival.
Daniel has made several TV appearances, performing on the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Gala (2017, 2019, 2021 & 2024), Comedy Up Late (2018), and the Opening Night Comedy Allstars Supershow (2022).
In 2023 Daniel took off on his first national tour, taking his sell-out show I’m Always Sore right around Australia.
In 2024 Daniel takes his new show Little Aussie Battler to every major Australian festival, and on a national tour.
