Most lessons will take place lying comfortably on a mat, with some lessons explored while sitting in a chair.

Before each lesson, we’ll explore a few simple reference movements related to the lesson, giving you an opportunity to notice what you sense and experience. Afterwards, we’ll revisit these movements and see what you notice now, with an opportunity to share your observations if you wish.

Together we’ll explore the connection between movement, thinking, sensing and feeling, and how becoming more aware can give you more choices in the things that matter to you. Come along, get curious, and discover what you notice. We look forward to seeing you in class.
