BMI – Humffray Room
Interested in drag but not sure where or how to start? Or maybe you’ve already been performing and want a space to develop new ideas?
Curious about drag or looking to deepen your creative practice?
The 5 Senses of Drag is a 3-hour workshop exploring how to build a drag persona from the inside out. Through guided exercises, you’ll use sound, smell, taste, touch and sight to develop character, aesthetic and performance ideas.
This is a low-pressure, discussion-led space focused on inspiration, storytelling and creative development.
Join the Motherless Collective (MoCo) for a free, community-led drag workshop where we’ll explore and build your drag character together in a culturally safe and supportive environment.
Come as you are. Leave with a character
