Do you have books already published, or an author website to promote?
Current Ballarat Writers members can have their work featured on their website. You can also have a book featured on their Facebook page. If you are interested, send a draft post to:
Include an image (eg book cover, headshot, or both), a short bio and a link to where a reader could buy a copy of your work.
Beta readers can give you feedback on your manuscript, whether the characters and storyline work, or other issues. Ask Soni Steckler at:

You can be connected with a beta reader, or if you would like to volunteer to be one.
Currently, you can enjoy a 10% discount off your purchases by presenting your BW club membership card at selected stores, refer to the website for details.
Join the club
If you would like to join BWI as a new member, our membership year runs from January 1st to December 31st each year.
Current fees are:
$40 – waged | $30 – concession (includes seniors, students, interstate) – Free – Students studying in Ballarat, including high school, university and U3A, and all Junior members aged 12-17 years.
