This year our 2026 calendar will feature twelve illustrations from the Ballaarat Mechanics’ Institute heritage book collection.

All funds raised will go towards supporting the BMI – a not-for-profit community-owned organisation, continuing to share knowledge through our library and associated member  services, providing a unique place to engage with history, and a vibrant hub for community events.

The Calendar:

• If you would like to purchase the calendar we will make them available at the library for pick-up, and, we will notify you by email as soon as these are available. They can be purchased at the Library during usual operating hours once they are printed. Operating Hours

This calendar will look beautiful in your home or office, with a binder top for neat hanging. It is A3 size so plenty of room for marking those important dates in your life. It would also make a perfect Christmas gift!

Best of all – all money raised from the calendar will support the work that we do here at the BMI, ensuring that we can continue to serve the community of Ballarat.
