We would love the evening to reflect the style and glamour of Dame Nellie\, why not dust off the finery in honour of the fashionista icon? 								\n				\n									The Menu…Canapes Victorian style  Melba Toast with pâté\, a dry\, crisp\, thinly sliced rusk that became a staple of Melba’s diet when she was ill in 1897.
